Harp/Piano Wire Screens
Advanced Engineering Group supply Harp/Piano Wire Screencloths to suit all types of plants.
We can supply almost any specification of Harp/Piano Wire Screen within the following limits: -
- The overall dimensions can be any combination up to 3300mm inside hooks [length] and 1830mm wide
- The apertures we supply are from 1.0mm up to 16mm. Almost any aperture is achievable
- Wire sizes are 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.25mm, 1.40mm, 1.60mm, 1.80mm and 2.0mm in
either carbon steel or stainless steel.
We supply Harp / Piano Wire Screencloths to suit all custom built mobile and static plants and are able to vary the hooks to suit most types of Harp/Piano Screencloth set-ups.
Harp/Piano Screen Duty Descriptions
Light Duty- Use for screening wet, sticky materials where screening is very difficult or for very high productivity
Standard Duty- Use for screening damp materials where screening is difficult or for good productivity
Heavy Duty- Use for screening dry, abrasive materials. Will give lower productivity
Extra Heavy Duty- Used for screening very abrasive, very dry free flowing materials but will give lower productivity.
Thicker wires give better screen life but reduce productivity.
Thinner wires give less screen life but increase productivity.
