Hard Rock Quarry Equipment specialises in the design and manufacture of inclined vibrating screen boxes. We offer two options to cater for your specific requirements: Standard and Heavy Duty.

 

 

 

Standard Screen Box  Heavy Duty Screen Box 

    - Folded edge 6mm mild steel side plates

    - Special vibrating screen bearings - grease lubricated

    - Two bearing cartridge unit

    - Adjustable throw through weight adjustable flywheels

    - 6mm folded screen decks huck bolted to the side plates

    - Mounted on RHS frame with appropriate springs

    - Fully guarded drive system and flywheels

    - Rock box with 25mm rubber impact pads

    - Removable and hinged end plate at top end for

      screen removal

    - Discharge lips huck bolted to the screenbox

    - Decks fitted with clamp bars, wedge bolts and

      stringer rubber

    - Folded edge 10mm mild steel side plates

    - Special SKF Explorer vibrating screen bearings -

      grease lubricated

    - Two bearing cartridge unit c/w O150 O180 - 4340

      eccentric shaft  

    - Adjustable throw through weight adjustable flywheels

    - 10mm folded screen decks huck bolted to the side plates

    - Mounted on a 18 degree inclined frame with

      appropriate springs

    - Fully guarded drive system and flywheels

    - Rock box with 25mm rubber impact pads

    - Removable and hinged end plate at top end for

      screen removal

    - Discharge lips huck bolted to the screenbox

    - Decks fitted with clamp bars, wedge bolts and

      stringer rubber
